Krasnodar, September 3 – Yug Times. Krasnodar City Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov has reportedly set a task to develop a project of bank-protecting structures along the Kuban River from Pobedy Park down to Yubileiny Neighbourhood. Krasnodar hopes to get co-finance the construction works from the federal budget.
Mr. Pervyshov stated that although the task is difficult but it has to be accomplished. “Without governmental money, Krasnodar would not be able to fulfill the project,” said he. “If by the middle of 2018 we would not fully prepare the documents, we would not be able to apply for the federal program for 2019, that is we would lose another couple of years.”
The city budget’s part in the project would be 25 million rubles, which would be spent for the elaboration of the design estimates and governmental expert examination. If the city copes with the task, it may apply for more than three billion rubles, which is approximately equal to the cost of the construction of bank-protecting structures in Krasnodar.
