Krasnodar, September 6 – Yug Times. The Krasnodar region continues to strengthen its industrial potential. Eighteen new industrial objects will be located in the region. The list of these projects and their locations have been approved by regional Director of the Department of Investments and Development of Small and Midsize Business Vasili Shvets.
Four industrial parks will reportedly be built in Krasnodar (two in the Karasunsky district, one in Prikubansky district, and one in Dorozhny town); two in Gulkevichi; in Armavir, Anapa, Abinsk, Apsheronsk, Ust-Labinsk, Krymsk, Pavlovsky, Krylovsky, Dinskoi, Belorechensk, Seversky and Timashevsk will have one park each.
These will be industrial parks of two types — greenfield and brownfield. The former means construction of an object on an undeveloped land parcel without any initial infrastructure. The latter is to be based on existing enterprises. There will be only three brownfield projects in the region — in Krasnodar, Gulkevichi and Timashevsk.
Presently, Dega Development Company is working on the project of an industrial park to be built in Krasnodar. By now, they have performed a technical analysis of the future engineering and transport infrastructures.
